History
The South Allegheny School District was formed in 1966 when the Boro's of Glassport, Port Vue,
Liberty, and Lincoln merged their schools. Today, there is a Sr./Middle school building in Liberty
Boro, a Primary (K-1) Education Center in Liberty Boro, an Elementary (2-6) School in Port Vue,
and the football stadium is located in Glassport. The baseball and softball fields, along with the
gymnasium, soccer field and track are located on the high school property in Liberty Boro.
