# 1 Bishop McCort Crushers (9-0) Bye

# 2 Portage Mustangs (9-0) vs. # 15 Claysburg-Kimmel Bulldogs (4-5) Friday at Portage.

The Mustangs are averaging 48+ Points per Game. The Bulldogs
4 wins are against teams with a combined Record of (6-30).

# 3 Purchase Line Red Dragons (9-0) vs. # 14 Penns Manor Comets (5-4) Friday at Purchase Line.

Rematch of October 17th Flag-Fest in which there were 25 penalties for 280 yards. The Comets had
16 penalties for 173 yards, which included five personal-fouls. The Red Dragons won the game 28-20.

# 4 Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils (8-1) vs. # 13 Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (5-4) Friday at Bellwood-Antis.

The Blue Devils are the Defending District 6 1A Champions. The Marauders have only played one 1A
Team this season, # 1 Seed Bishop McCort. They lost 35-39 to the Crushers. Expect a close game.

# 5 Moshannon Valley Black Knights (8-1) vs. # 12 Bishop Carroll Huskies (5-4) Saturday at Moshannon Valley.

The Black Knights only lose (0-44) at # 4 Seed Bellwood-Antis. The Huskies like the
Marauders above have only played one 1A Team this season, #1 Seed Bishop McCort. They
lost at the Crushers 7-31. Another game that could be closer than the records indicate.

# 6 Homer-Center Wildcats (6-3) vs. # 11 Blacklick Valley Vikings (6-3) Saturday at Homer-Center.

The Wildcats have beaten 3 of the seeds in this bracket already; Northern Cambria, Blairsville, and
Laurel Valley. Their Week 6 lose to (3-6) United is a mystery. The Vikings have reeled off 4 Victories in
a row following a Week 5 lose to 2A (8-1) North Star. They averaged 51+ Points per Game in those 4 wins.

# 7 Blairsville Bobcats (6-3) vs. # 10 Mount Union Trojans (6-3) Saturday at Blairsville.

The Bobcats have weathered some key mid-season injuries which contributed to their losses to
Homer-Center and Penns Manor. The Trojans are coming of two close loses: (14-16) at (7-2) District 5
Northern Bedford and (14-19) at (8-1) Bellwood-Antis. This could be the District 6 1A Game of the Week.

# 8 Northern Cambria Colts (6-3) vs. # 9 Laurel Valley Rams (6-3) Saturday at Northern Cambria.

Both Teams with 800 Points, the Colts got the Higher Seed by virtue of
having beat the Rams (12-8) Week 6 at Laurel Valley. Both Teams have losses
to # 3 Purchase Line and # 7 Blairsville in common. Expect another close game.
