Here’s an oddity. There are three former WPIAL high school football players playing for the Kansas City Chiefs in tonight’s Monday Night Football game against the New England Patriots. Receiver Steve Breaston of Woodland Hills High School, receiver Jonathan Baldwin of Aliquippa High School, and quarterback Tyler Palko of West Allegheny high school. And to make things even more interesting, a fourth WPIAL former player is also playing in tonight’s Monday night game. Tight End Rob Gronkowski of the New England Patriots also played for Woodland Hills and current head coach George Novak.
